| 1 | To Perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditons contained here-in-after as may be demanded and as enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of one year from the date mentioned in the accepantance letter at the rates contained in the aforesid MES Schedule as applicable here-in-after.
