| 5 | Supply and fixing in repair/replacement of Decorative Outdoor LED Lighting Fixture (Spike Type / Flood Type / Narrow Beam Focus Light Type) of suitable wattage from 30 Watt to 45 Watt, suitable for illumination of sign boards, name boards, display boards, gate pillars, monuments, memorial structures, unit entrance gates, architectural fa ade lighting and other decorative outdoor applications as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.The fitting shall comprise high-efficiency LED light source with minimum system efficacy of 100 lumens per watt and suitable lumen output as per wattage and application requirement. Fixture shall be suitable for focused illumination, fa ade highlighting, architectural enhancement, and uniform lighting distribution with proper beam angle selection depending upon site conditions.The luminaire shall be complete with suitable constant current electronic LED driver having Power Factor not less than 0.95, THD less than 10%, and suitable for operation on 230 Volts 10%, 50 Hz AC supply.Housing shall be made of pressure die-cast aluminium with efficient thermal management and corrosion-resistant powder-coated finish. The fixture shall be provided with toughened glass / UV stabilized polycarbonate cover, suitable adjustable spike arrangement, heavy-duty mounting bracket, wall mounting arrangement, or foundation mounting arrangement as required for precise focusing and proper illumination.Ingress Protection shall not be less than IP65. Colour temperature shall be Warm White (3000K 300K) for decorative and monument lighting or as specified by Engineer-in-Charge. CRI shall not be less than 70, LED life shall not be less than 50,000 burning hours (L70), and internal surge protection shall be minimum 2.5 kV.The fitting shall include all accessories such as mounting hardware, GI/MS fixing arrangement, foundation bolts if required, internal wiring, weatherproof termination, connecting up with suitable size FRLS copper conductor cable from nearest junction box, testing and commissioning complete.Including taking down old unserviceable fittings if existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Make shall be Philips / Wipro / Crompton / Havells / Bajaj or equivalent approved make having same or better technical specifications. NOTE: 1.Selection of fitting type such as Spike Light, Flood Light, Narrow Beam Focus Light, Uplighter, Gate Pillar Light, or Decorative Fa ade Light shall be done as per actual site requirement and as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. 2. Engraving of CA Number on each fitting shall be carried out by the contractor and cost shall be included in quoted rate. 3.Complete fitting shall be covered under 05 Years Comprehensive Warranty from date of Invoice .and any defect during warranty period shall be repaired/replaced by contractor at no extra cost. 4.No extra payment shall be made for brackets, spike arrangement, hardware, fixing accessories, testing, commissioning, or warranty obligations.
